POWER from the ROOF

Environmental protection and the careful use of our resources are important to us, which is why we have been sourcing all of our electricity from renewable energy sources since 2016 and are continuously working on energy-efficient measures. Now we are going one step further and are pleased that we can set up a photovoltaic system on our factory buildings.

The order has been placed with the local company Pfalzsolar GmbH and is expected to generate electricity from the middle of the year with an annual mileage of 1.2 million kilowatt hours. The preparations are already in full swing: all roofs are currently being renovated, so that no repairs are due in the next few years and we can be sure that the system can run trouble-free for the next few decades.
