GEHR – CLIMATE-NEUTRAL MANAGEMENT

We are happy to be a member of the Mannheim Climate Protection Alliance. With this, GEHR and the city of Mannheim are committing themselves to position climate protection as an economic and location factor and to take energy-saving, resource-saving and CO2-reducing measures.

As an amalgamation of Mannheim companies with the city of Mannheim, the Climate Protection Alliance has set itself the task of achieving the city-wide goal of being climate-neutral by well before 2050 (more likely 2030). Further goals are to create an in-house CO2 balance with specific reduction targets and to report annually on the activities and the status of target achievement.

With the thematic focus on “Climate-neutral business – our big deals for the Local Green Deal Mannheim”, GEHR Managing Director Roland Weiner explains the measures taken by GEHR and then signs with Mannheim’s Lord Mayor Dr. Peter Kurz the membership certificate.
