Our semi-finished products have the write stuff! For distinctively customized writing instruments, you need distinctive colors, shapes and surface finishes.
Perhaps at this moment you’re holding one of our semi-finished products in your hands – after it has been processed to create a finished item. For decades now, we have been developing tubes as pen casings in a huge choice of variants for prestigious internationally operating producers of writing instruments. The end-products created by these alliances range from an everyday fiber pen to an upmarket fountain pen.
One material, multi-faceted results
The materials frequently employed here, thanks to their very good machining characteristics, are PP and PVC. Basically, though, almost all materials can be used. Depending on the individual requirement involved, different surface effects can be achieved, from “striped”, “marbled” to “rubberized”. All the options from the RAL color chart are available, but also many other special colors.

- ultra-tight tolerances possible
- the customary approvals in the writing utensil industry are of course complied with
- co-extrusion to customised choices: plain, multi-coloured, with mother-of-pearl effect, soft-feel surface, marbled, striped and reinforced
- length can be individually configured
