PROTECT-FIL-A-GEHR PPSU

As part of a ZIM (Central innovation program for medium-sized companies) project, we succeeded in developing an antibacterial additive for semi-finished products. This material was compounded with PPSU and then extruded into filaments. A patent has been filed with the German Patent Office in Munich for this invention. The antibacterial PPSU filament is sold under the brand name PROTECT-FIL-A-GEHR PPSU.
The newly developed additive can also be used in other thermoplastics or semi-finished products. The new product line will be recognizable by “PROTECT” at the beginning of the respective name.
